  Will never buy from them again. Was lied to on 2 occasions regarding my warranty and therefore never got my car serviced because I was told it wasn't under warranty then escalated with Ford HQ and they told me it WOULD'VE been covered under warranty but of course my warranty subsequently ran out while I was trying to figure things out so now, "There's nothing we can do." Was told by the salesman that repairs would be covered but then told by the mechanic it wouldn't be at which point the salesman "felt bad" and apologized but NEVER offered any sort of discount or anything. Poor, poor, poor customer service and now I'm stuck with a $34,000 lemon. Called two other dealers for the heck of it and was told that they cover these repairs all the time and didn't know why Ron Clark told me otherwise. Thanks for nothing.

  My vehicle was brought in for oil change and tire rotation for the winter. As it turned out it was all completed and I was pleasantly surprised that I had a credit for loyalty service that covered the cost. This was much appreciated especially this time of year with Xmas around the corner.

  Everyone needs a service completed to their vehicle at some time. Could be warranty work, oil change or just general repair. The Service Center here is Excellent. There is no better Fixed Service Managers than Jay Mackay. He knows vehicles, excellent with customers, he understands customer needs, expense, timing of vehicle return. He works hard to get what you require completed. This service department with the leadership of Jay is the reason I continue to go back to Ron Clark Motors.

  Outstanding customer service. They said my brakes would be done before close and when it took longer than expected they kept the shop open to get the job done as promised. Great job.
